Massage & Manual Therapies
Massage therapy refers to a comprehensive health management strategy focusing on the application of various techniques to positively affect the soft tissues and joints of the body, including pressure and compression, kneading, frictioning and mobilizing. This category also includes movement-based manual therapies such as RAPID Neurofascial Reset and Functional Range Assessment.
Alternative & Energy Treatments
Alternative and energy treatments take a holistic approach to healing, incorporating ancient and modern philosophies and techniques to improve overall health and well being.
Cupping
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which may facilitate healing with blood flow.
Deep Tissue Laser Therapy
Deep tissue laser therapy is the non-invasive use of laser energy to generate a photochemical response in damaged or dysfunctional tissue. Laser therapy accelerates the body's own natural healing processes to relieve a variety of conditions.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy
Manual osteopathic therapy (MOT) uses hands-on skills for investigation and treatment of body dysfunctions. The whole body is examined and mechanical disruptions are treated whether symptoms exist or not. MOT exists somewhere in between chiropractic therapy and massage therapy. Joints are aligned without a thrust and symptoms resolved with more than just soft tissue manipulation.
Mental & Emotional Health
Maintaining good mental health is just as important as achieving optimal physical health.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the study of reflexes. Reflexology therapies are natural therapeutic methods based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands and organs of the body.

Over 15 years in the massage field has taken her from owning her own clinic in partnership with a personal trainer to a busy downtown clinic in the Rocky Mountains back to her roots in Saskatchewan. Michelle has a general therapeutic practice treating a variety of different conditions, including pre/post-natal support, pre/post-surgery, injuries, athletes and chronic pain. She believes that to achieve the best results, a wholistic approach is needed, using multiple modalities to address body, mind and soul. Kylie Burnett RMT
Kylie Burnett knew she would become a massage therapist from a young age. She found out early about the benefits of massage from being involved in many sports and activities, including synchronized swimming, playing badminton and performing in band. She also worked as a lifeguard in North Battleford, teaching swimming lessons and aqua fit classes while in high school, and that gave her the opportunity to realize massage therapy was truly what she wanted to do. With her passion for human anatomy and helping others, massage therapy was a great fit. Kylie went on to Regina the following fall after graduating high school to pursue her passion for massage therapy.
Kylie graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Regina in June of 2017 with her 2200-hour diploma. She graduated with honours, receiving the Principal’s award for 100% attendance and above 90% average as well as the London and Counties of Physiologists award for participation in extra continuing education throughout training. She is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS).
Kylie understands the benefits of regular massage and at-home self-care, such as stretching. Her goal is to pass on as much knowledge to her clients as she can while still giving them a relaxing environment to de-stress. Kylie feels a massage not only de-stresses the body, but also helps de-stress the mind as well. Working in a spa environment in the past, gave her the knowledge and ability to give a professional relaxing spa feel and combine it with a soothing home environment to make her clients as comfortable as possible.
As of March 2020, Kylie now offers treatments for SGI and WCB claims.

Miranda Wells RMT, CST
Miranda Wells completed her formal training as a registered massage therapist (RMT) with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS) in 2008 and she promptly joined the Inside Out Therapies clinic and is proud to work out of the Saskatoon clinic and her space at Pike Lake Sk. During her studies, she realized that her interest in the how the body works and heals goes far beyond just the muscles; it extends into the *fascia and the mind. This has made her pursue further training in with the John Barns style of myofascial release (MFR), Perter Levines Somatic Experiencing (SE) as well as the energetic style of Reiki. She has also studied Manual Osteopathic Therapy. (MOT)
In 2011, Miranda joined Zoe Stiglitz as a business partner and Inside Out Therapies moved to a new location. The larger clinic space allowed clients to have a variety of therapeutic options for their specific needs. Inside Out Therapies has a rounded approach to wellness with a variety of therapies all under one roof.
Miranda’s treatment style is working primarily with fascia, the connective tissue of the body. Myofasical release (MFR) is done without lotion or oils so the body can be used as its own leverage system, helping to unravel the tension at the source. Fascial work often has a lot slower pace than regular Swedish massage therapy. This is because it takes time for the bodies systems to accept the pressure, integrate the work being done, and then lengthen to create change, rather than to force or strip the muscle. However, there are times when those methods are used as well.
The SE component of a massage treatment with Miranda involves taking time to ‘tune in’ and listen to the present and ancient wisdom the body has to offer. This tracking of the system encourages the client to be present in the experience, to notice how their body is responding and what internal or external force may be triggering problems. Working with this awareness helps to accelerate the healing process.
A treatment with Miranda may include MRF, structural integration, craniosacral, SE, and/or regular massage. All techniques implemented in a treatment aim to aid the body in its innate ability to heal itself whether it be from physical or emotional trauma.
This includes: * scars * surgery * inflammation * motor vehicle accidents * physical or mental abuse * traumatic birth for both mother and/or child

Michelle Paul
Michelle Paul is a Certified Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master/Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Shamanic Energy Healer, Crystal Healer, Claircognizant and intuitive.
Michelle loves working with energy and facilitating huge shifts in her clients lives. Growing up as a highly sensitive, intuitive empath always felt like a burden to her, as she absorbed the emotions of those around her without fully understanding how to transmute it. Then she found her “why” and her path. Learning to harness her gifts and energies to better serve humanity is a great honour and her humble mission here on Earth.
Michelle was drawn to shamanism two years ago and actively sought out her teacher, Shaman Copal Daselva from Portugal, who received teachings in the Peruvian Jungle with Indigenous tribes/natives of Peru. After hearing her aspirations of serving her community and providing healing to her people and the Earth. It was a remarkable experience she will never forget! The use of life force energy, channeling great Spirit and working with sacred tools and plants felt like coming home for Michelle. Her soul and passion for her life’s mission was ignited. Michelle has her third degree in Shamanic Energy Healing through Copal Daselvas school.
Michelle is a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master/Teacher, trained by Transcend with Amanda Marie Reiki & Holistic Services in Saskatoon. After receiving her first reiki treatment, Michelle experienced major shifts in perspective and outlooks on challenging life situations. She was able to let go of traumas, open up to her healing journey and accept love and abundance into her life. From that day onward, she knew she was meant to learn this ancient practice and help others in her community who have also experienced trauma, difficulties in life, mental illness, limiting beliefs, karmic cycles, negative patterns, repeating lessons, not knowing their soul’s divine purpose or mission here and so on. Michelle absolutely loves working as a channel for reiki to flow through, as the gentle, yet powerful life force energy goes to work wherever it is needed most, raising your vibration to heal the energetic bodies and therefore healing the physical body so the person receiving becomes whole, aligned, healthy and vibrant in mind, body and spirit.
Crystals have always called to Michelle. As early as 5 years old, she can recall collecting them, and feeling the vibrations they emitted. Michelle trained with the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy, the most accredited online school for this type of training, in order to offer crystalline healing with sacred grandfathers (stones) and chakra balancing, and wellness services to her clients. When our chakras or major energy centers are in balance and alignment we heal our physical body and functions associated with each chakra system.
Michelle is a self-taught sound healing practitioner. She channels each of her sessions, bringing a unique experience with each private session or group event. She works with gongs, drums, crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls to create healing frequencies that penetrate through any barriers or blockages clients may have, bringing a deep feeling of overall peace, bliss and tranquility, diffusing stress, anxiety, depression and an overactive mind.
A session with Michelle may include any of the above healing modalities and more. At the beginning of your session, Michelle will discuss with you which of her services most resonate with you and together you can determine a course of action that will best achieve your goals.
Originally from Vancouver Island, BC, Michelle is Metis with family lineages of Lax-Kw’alaams, an Indigenous community in British Columbia, Reserve No. 1. She is a mother to 10-year-old twin boys with big personalities and enjoys gardening, dancing, singing and being in nature.

Sharon Koenning was first introduced to BodyTalk in 2008 and was very impressed by the results. After receiving just one session, Sharon was relieved from a lot of pain that had been with her for 15 years. Her results were quick. BodyTalk brought back the communication to Sharon’s body. Healing can really be that simple. Receiving a BodyTalk session can bring back the communication that was once lost within the body, allowing it to self-heal. Over the years, she had tried everything to relieve the pain with no results. Still amazed after her results from her BodyTalk session, she was sending friends and family to some practitioners in Saskatoon. Realizing the awesome self-healing powers of BodyTalk, she decided to start taking the classes herself in September of 2013. She became Certified 2 months later. She practices out of her home in Cudworth, Saskatchewan and also works at Inside Out Therapies. Sharon is very passionate when it comes to BodyTalk and loves the results she has seen in her family and clientele. From babies to seniors, everyone can benefit from BodyTalk. We all deserve to live happy and pain-free.
